Share My Meals is seeking a bold, entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer to lead one of the region’s most innovative and fast-growing nonprofits at the intersection of food insecurity, sustainability, technology, and community impact. In just five years, Share My Meals has grown from a local startup into a regional leader recovering and redistributing more than 25,000 meals monthly. Now, with expanding corporate partnerships, proprietary technology, and significant geographic growth potential, the organization is poised to scale across New Jersey, New York City, and Pennsylvania. This is not a traditional nonprofit CEO role. The Board is seeking a strategic operator and relationship-builder with the business acumen to lead complex multicounty operations, strengthen Fortune 500 partnerships, scale sustainable revenue models, and guide an organization with substantial growth opportunity ahead.
