Share My Meals is seeking an entrepreneurial CEO to lead the organization through an ambitious expansion phase, transitioning from a successful regional pilot into a prominent national leader in meal recovery. The CEO will be responsible for executing a three-year strategic vision focused on scaling the organization’s geographic reach, securing sustainable funding, and utilizing technology to enhance operational impact. Beyond managing internal growth, the leader will serve as a primary external ambassador, building key partnerships across the corporate and government sectors. A vital component of this role involves co-chairing the Meal Recovery Coalition to drive systemic change and ensure that high-quality surplus food effectively reaches those in need. Ultimately, the position requires a high-performance leader who can maintain a collaborative culture while positioning the organization as a major force for food security and environmental sustainability.

We are transitioning from a free recovery model to a cost-sharing partnership model to fuel sustainable growth and we want to deepen partnership with our corporate stakeholders. We’re looking for our next incredible teammate as our Manager of Outreach and Partnerships to drive this next phase.
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating position responsible for sourcing, pitching, and converting corporate meal donors into paid partners. The Manager of Outreach and Partnerships will onboard approximately 50 paying partners within 12 months across New Jersey, New York City and Pennsylvania — positioning Share My Meals as a strategic CSR partner as well as a service provider. You will report to the Chief Operations Officer and play a central role in shaping our growth.
