Share My Meals (SMM) is an ambitious, mission and goal-driven nonprofit addressing food insecurity and the environmental impact of food waste. Based in New Jersey, we recover healthy surplus meals and deliver them directly to local communities — turning excess into impact.
We are transitioning from a free recovery model to a cost-sharing partnership model to fuel sustainable growth and we want to deepen partnership with our corporate stakeholders. We’re looking for our next incredible teammate as our Manager of Outreach and Partnerships to drive this next phase.
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating position responsible for sourcing, pitching, and converting corporate meal donors into paid partners. The Manager of Outreach and Partnerships will onboard approximately 50 paying partners within 12 months across New Jersey, New York City and Pennsylvania — positioning Share My Meals as a strategic CSR partner as well as a service provider. You will report to the Chief Operations Officer and play a central role in shaping our growth.
