The COVID pandemic is impacting the vulnerable population and New Jersey is now estimated to have close to an additional half a million food-insecure residents, on top of the 900,000 who faced food insecurity before the health emergency began, according to the Community FoodBank of New Jersey.

This is true in Princeton as well where people have lost their jobs or had to cut down on the number of worked hours. Many more people need food assistance and for Share My Meals this means finding ways to deliver always more meals to more people.

We have successfully managed to distribute 30,000 meals in less than eight months. Today we are delighted to welcome Kristine’s as the fourth restaurant to partner with Share My Meals to cook meals for the recently enrolled families.
