Share My Meals Names Kamili Williams as New Chief Executive Officer
Accomplished non-profit executive and former Community FoodBank of NJ leader to drive the organization’s next chapter of growth in food security and reducing the environmental impact of food waste.
PRINCETON, N.J. — September 9, 2026 — Share My Meals (SMM), a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing food insecurity and reducing the environmental impact of food waste through surplus meal recovery, announced the appointment of Kamili Williams as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective today.
Williams brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in non-profit organizations across the human services, education, and housing sectors. She previously served as Vice President of Programs and Services at The Community FoodBank of New Jersey, President & CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plainfield and Middlesex County, and Director of the Union County Division of Social Services, where she oversaw a $65 million budget serving over 300,000 residents. Williams holds a Master of Public Administration from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University.

Williams succeeds former CEO Hélène Lanctuit, who stepped down in June to relocate to Switzerland and currently serves on the SMM Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Meal Recovery Coalition. Experienced non-profit leader Pam Gregory served as Interim CEO throughout the search process, ensuring operational continuity and steady leadership during the transition.
