Since the pandemic and the closing of corporations and university cafeterias, Share My Meals had to rely on fundraising to compensate for rescued meals.
In less than a week the generous customers of the Meeting House have contributed to providing 13 family menus for five people, the equivalent of 65 meals.
The Meeting House is among the three Princeton’s restaurants that have agreed to display a Share My Meals Family Menu for $25 in their take-out menu.
During the COVID-19 pandemic Share My Meals depends solely on donors’ donations and so far has been able to distribute almost 20,000!
